In-house developed liquid

Commercially available plating solutions have the disadvantage that they are difficult to manage because their ingredients are not clear. At Nihon Dento Kogyo, we use original liquids developed in-house, so we have perfect quality control and a wide variety of colors. Our company is one of the few companies that develops its own plating solutions.

Thick plating

Our plating overcomes problems such as "fogging," "clouding," and "cracks," and finishes straight (no polishing). (We have a track record of mass production of gold plating up to 100μm.)
It has excellent corrosion resistance and can maintain reliable quality over a long period of time.

Allergy free

Allergy-free plating (nickel-free plating) is a plating that does not use any nickel-containing base plating and can provide the same appearance and corrosion resistance as when nickel is used.
We were the first in the industry to develop nickel-free plating that can be exported to Europe, which has strict allergies. We can also handle stainless steel materials, which are generally difficult to manufacture without using nickel plating as the base material.
Nowadays, it is used not only in the decorative field, but also in electronic parts that are sensitive to magnetism.
