Job introduction
- 1Sales Section
I am in charge of PR, proposals, estimates, and sales affairs (billing, accounts receivable, and collection) with the aim of developing new business and increasing orders from existing customers. We aim to improve customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and making seed-based proposals.
I am in charge of receiving orders (unpacking, data entry, work arrangements) and shipping finished products (packing, data entry, shipping). We also communicate with customers over the phone.
- 2Surface treatment section
We meet the needs of our customers by providing high-quality surface treatment that combines beauty .
- 3Quality control department
From quality control to outsourcing arrangements, we work closely with related departments and departments to improve productivity in areas such as QCD (quality, cost, and delivery).
- 4Inspection Division
We are in charge of receiving inspections, product hooking, completion inspections, and shipping inspections to prevent defective products from going outside.
- 5Technology section
We develop new surface treatment technologies, adjust and verify whether we can properly process items entrusted to us by our customers, and analyze and manage plating solutions. Sometimes we actually produce and make prototypes. Part of my job involves attending academic conferences and constantly learning new technologies.
- 6General Affairs Division
I am in charge of general affairs (general affairs/human resources), accounting (finance/expenses), and other staff operations (work that does not belong to any department). We also provide logistical support for the activities of other departments related to sales and production.
Education system

It depends on when you join the company, but if you join the company as a general employee, you will receive training in all departments. We also participate in external training for new employees.

If you wish, you can attend plating school for one year.
